Biography of Maryanne Preston

Maryanne Preston formed Hiring Solutions in 1999, in St. Louis, MO  to help business owners select, hire, and retain great employees. Her company helps employers create a hiring system with job descriptions, assessments, and interview questions that enable them to hire honest, productive employees and build effective management teams. Hiring Solutions’ clients include small, medium, and large companies all over the United States in a variety of industries, including construction, material handling, finance, day spas, retail stores and many more.

After relocating to Fort Myers in Southwest Florida in 2006, Hiring Solutions added services to include employee communication workshops, recruiting and retention studies, and sales training workshops.

 

Ms. Preston has been in sales and management for over twenty years. Before starting her company, she directed the assessment division for a recruiting company for three years and assisted in recruiting outside sales representatives.

Ms. Preston is a member of eWomenNetwork, NAFE, and several local chambers. In 2006, she was recognized as the SBA Region VII Women in Business Champion of the Year. She has been published and conducts seminars and keynotes for chambers and associations.

Ms. Preston graduated from San Francisco State University with a BA cum Laude in Psychology.
